You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it, provided the vendor has not yet started preparing your meals. Once preparation begins, cancellation may not be possible.
2. Quality Issues
If you receive meals that are damaged, spoiled, or significantly different from the description, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a refund or replacement.
3. Missing Items
If items are missing from your order, please report it within 24 hours of delivery. We will verify with the vendor and process a refund for any missing items.
4. Delivery Issues
If your order is not delivered or arrives outside the estimated delivery window and the food quality is compromised, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after the cancellation window
- Orders consumed before reporting an issue
- Issues not reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Incorrect delivery address provided by customer
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method. The actual time to receive the refund depends on your bank or card issuer.
